Back in shape after childbirtha post-natal course where serious exercise and fun go hand-in-hand!

Every woman who has recently given birth can benefit by joining this class, as important abdominal and pelvic-floor muscles are conditioned in a quiet and safe way.

This 6 lesson course can help you to:

  • Regain strength and control of abdominal and pelvic floor muscles.
  • Support a post-caesarean recovery.
  • Relax and recharge.
  • Meet other new mums.

Cost: € 90 for six lessons. You can bring your baby. The course start with enough participants in June from 9:30-10:30 in the morning.
